Re: Hutus Massacred by Tutsi Soldiers in Rwanda
For that many people to be killed I was a little surprised at the lack of gore and obvious dead bodies. Maybe it’s because they’re in black & white and only a few photos but a lot of them just look like they’re sleeping.

You are actually wrong about that. We don’t advertise every conflict we get involved in. I worked this conflict as well as many others in the region and fought along side members of the French Foreign Legion and Brits.

Re: Hutus Massacred by Tutsi Soldiers in Rwanda
What K53 is suggesting would essentially turn into Jim Crow in Rwanda. The UN botched the mission because Canadian Commander, Romeo Dallaire, was more concerned with purging Belgian peacekeepers overheard cracking "racist" jokes than understanding the reality unfolding before their eyes. They think these contentions unfolded because of King Leopold's European encroachment. No. They think massive bloodshed will disappear upon the dearth of it. Not a chance in Hell.

But, if you work or associate with French and/or English speaking sub-Saharan black Africans that is probably their opinion on the issue; in other words, they pass the blame for their personal problems unto other people they don't know anything about. Sound familiar?
