Fuck that cop. Then up here we get the world's most polite RCMP officer in north america when I'm certain every witness on that block was hoping he'd take him out. Where's the balance, universe? |

I may be wrong but my from my experience that is an exceptionally well trained (& well paid - 6 figure salary after 4 years on the job) cop.
