We can't have, "cruel and unusual punishment,", now!

That would crack me up, if it wasn't a real concern of defense lawyers defending the scum of the Earth.

Victims should have their say and help decide the punishment of their torturers and family members, if the victim dies.

I think anyone that murders someone under certain circumstances and it can be proven they were the murderer, we should just execute them. There are absolutely no benefits to the rest of the population keeping them alive. It's a waste of time, money, resources and a risk letting them live.

The circumstances for execution would be something like this case. The person that gets in a bar fight and kills someone wouldn't apply.

Trash has no value to me, whether it's material or a person.

Anyone caught in the act or with, say, an underage child who doesn't belong with them, any filming/recording of a sexual or fatal attack of any kind, shouldn't get any appeals.
