Re: Tucson SWAT Team Defends Shooting Iraq Vet 60 Times

Apparently, you don't see the possibility of corruption in this incident.

Anything is possible... Even if they are corrupt, they STILL had the right to shoot... Whats your point? They could have gotten a warrant, and went there just to peek at his wife in her PJ's and they'd STILL be LEGALLY justified in this shooting. What is your point!? My point is that shooting this man was in NO WAY illegal or unjustified...

So apparently, the law can be pissed upon and have justice unserved when it's convenient for you? It's good to see that the law is not blind in Arizona.

Re: Tucson SWAT Team Defends Shooting Iraq Vet 60 Times

It's good to see that the law is not blind in Arizona.
Isn't it good to see that? Really, I love it when the law is not twisted to something that it's not supposed to be. Like this example, people scream "murder" and "innocent man" about this one particular case were Tucson SWAT members shot and killed an armed man that was threatening their life. An investigation was pursued into the wrong doing of the officers, and in the end, all the nay sayers were still crying... but the true hero's of the day were not persecuted by the few that thought they did wrong.

TUCSON, Ariz. — The five SWAT officers who fatally shot a former Marine while serving a warrant in Tucson have been cleared of any wrongdoing.

The Pima County Regional SWAT team members were from four law enforcement agencies around the county.

An investigation by the county Attorney's Office came to the conclusion that the officers were justified in using deadly force last month against 26-year-old Jose Guerena.

Documents show the officers fired 71 shots at Guerena while serving a search warrant related to a drug-trafficking investigation.

An autopsy showed Guerena was struck 22 times — mainly in his arms and legs.

The Arizona Daily Star says the investigation also shows the AR-15 rifle Guerena was holding at the time of the May 5 incident indicated he was pointing it at the officers.

I don't know how many times I need to say this, but I AM SPEAKING OF THE SHOOTING ITSELF, and only the shooting. I do not wish to speculate on any other aspect of this thread. Say what you want, cry all you want, beg and plead... Hell, write congress if you'd like... Fact is, shooting this man was legal in every conceivable scenario. Don't like it, too bad. Get over it, your opinion means nothing when it has to face facts... Move to England, cops there dont have guns.

Re: Tucson SWAT Team Defends Shooting Iraq Vet 60 Times

Apparently, you don't understand that the law is to be blind. That means equal justice for all.

22 out of 71 rounds struck? in arms and legs? sounds like the police are still trying to cover their ass by implying they didn't want to hurt anyone cause they are all innocent and shit. Just as they implied the dead Marine had guns,
and was evil,
and had armor,
and had a uniform,
and had a picture of some drug guy,
and said shit you only hear in craptastic action flicks,
and was evil.

Then you imply I cried and begged and neeed to move to England.

Sorry kid. I'm from Flint. We're made of sterner material.

But you go on being a drone and don't question the official account "'cause, like, SWAT is awesome and stuff, and can go kill, and it's, like, everyone else's fault, like, that we make up evidence when it's convenient and stuff"

Re: Tucson SWAT Team Defends Shooting Iraq Vet 60 Times

You call him a criminal, kid. and yet he was convicted of nothing.

As far as calling the cops is concerned, I don't. The useless fucks, when they get around to showing up, are nothing more than glorified janitors to clean up the scene.
If you think the police will come to the rescue and protect your ass when you're getting robbed, then I've got some tickets to the Brooklyn Bridge I can sell you.

real cheap.

And don't expect any reports to be filed as that 's hard work.

Now how about you make yourself useful and go fuck off.
