Death toll raised to 12 now. Truck company owner told the truck was missing since Monday afternoon. The dead passenger in the truck is a Polish man. (possibly the truck driver?) The arrested guy who drove the truck uses multiple fake names but police think he is from Pakistan of Afghanistan. He came to Germany in February as a refugee DPA reports.
