Re: Top Ebola Doctor Dies Of Disease
For the unknowing: the financial aid Africa gets from the st world govs , and World Bank is LESS than interest payments to private banks, WB and govs combined. So money streams net TO the 1st world. So Afr. folks dying will not at all erase this problem. On contrary. Ever heard about the curse of commodities a land or region can endure? |

Re: Top Ebola Doctor Dies Of Disease
I agree totally. Those bleeding hearts knew the danger of going to that shithole when they went. So they should die there. I am not buying all this propaganda it is very unlikely it will spread. They say it only spreads from sick people's fluids. Well those treating the sick and taking precautions are sick. I am sorry but two sick people versus a pandemic is not worth it. It is a bad idea. It is as bad an idea as planning a family holiday in Gaza, Afghanistan, most of Africa, the Ukraine and any other war zone. |

Re: Top Ebola Doctor Dies Of Disease
I watched the news this evening and they showed the victim/doctor, wearing a Level III Biosuit and under his own power, getting helped out of the back of a special ambulance in Atlanta, GA. I thought that the guy was at death's door steep. I have this suspecison that the CDC is doing this not because he's American, but to get a live and willing Ebola victim to run experiments on and try to get some kind of treatment protocol. The whole thing about transferring the two American victims sounds really dangerous unless there's some other motive.

Re: Top Ebola Doctor Dies Of Disease
You could be correct. Nothing shocks me anymore. He was certainly not on death's door when he walked in that hospital...they said he was strong enough to shower before getting on the plane. I pictured them in bed, ready to die at any time, I mean that's how I interpret "grave" condition. |

Re: Top Ebola Doctor Dies Of Disease
I thought that as well since CDC has a big headquarters in Atlanta. Thanks Walking Dead |

Re: Top Ebola Doctor Dies Of Disease
Just because I'm somewhat twisted I was thinking about this. Since Ebola is similar to a bad flu (initially at least) and the victim vomits as well as has really bad diarrhea what happens when the victim is in a full biohazard suit. That must've been a pretty awful flight for the victim. And who changes the suit? And what do they do with it once he's vomited and pooped all over it? Yuk!
