Re: Sony Pictures Scraps Dec. 25 Release of 'The Interview
I keep reading about these actors saying "Hollywood has no balls". For fuck sakes - WHAT ever gave them the idea that Hollywood EVER had any balls? It's just not that kind of institution. Money making, lying, stealing, cheating, coke fueled sex scandal laden - yes, most definitely. Those are the traits of slimy rats - not of bravery or "having balls". Silly actors. Hollywood is not badass. |

Re: Sony Pictures Scraps Dec. 25 Release of 'The Interview
UPDATE : FOX NEWS North Korea denies any involvement in hack.. North Korea says it can prove it is not behind the massive Sony Pictures cyberattack that has led to several e-mail leaks, threats on movie theaters and the cancellation of the release of the movie “The Interview.” The country has also said it proposes a joint investigation with the U.S. on the attack and if the U.S. does not agree, North Korea warns of “grave consequences,” state media says. |

Re: Sony Pictures Scraps Dec. 25 Release of 'The Interview
Sony is in business to make money. The potential liabilities outweighed the potential profits, so they pulled the plug. Without a doubt they understood that North Korea might have an extremely bad reaction to the plot. They have a long history of irrational behaviour. They probably figured that the publicity would help at the gates. So it bit them in the ass, I could care less. It's sony's problem. |
