If you have a family and/or influence over any other people - you are teaching them eating habits and killing them too. All the "I'm fat because of genetics" bullshit is just, for the most part - learned eating patterns. |

Re: Shooting at Jacksonville Arcade Live on Twitch
I will never understand why this argument keeps getting trotted out every time there is a mass shooting in the US like it’s a valid point. If there wasn’t such easy access to guns over there, the crazies wouldn’t have the means to carry out mass murder. You’ll never stop people being crazy. But you can stop giving them guns to kill people with. That, you can do. |

The good thing about 1776, we stopped giving a shit about what you over "there" couldn't understand.

I guess, if forks literally shot sugar and insulin down the throats of people they’re aimed at. I mean, they don’t, but your point is totally a hundred percent valid, thoughtful, and relevant to the conversation. You nailed it. Good job.

Re: Shooting at Jacksonville Arcade Live on Twitch
I’m talking about “easy access” - be that through purchasing, family members, friends etc. Research how any one of the mass shooters (and there are so many) came by his guns. There’s your answer. “Over here”, in our infinitely more backwards society, we can’t get guns. Our angsty teens and angry psychos don’t have the means to get their hands on a weapon of mass murder. So guess what? It never happens! I love my backwards country. |
