To answer your direct question; if you are inexperienced enough with alcohol that you don't know your limit and lose control in a public setting to where some stranger or acquaintance has the opportunity to take advantage of you, then yeah, you deserve the lesson that is coming to you.

Well, agree to disagree. There will always be bad people who look for opportunities to take advantage of people, through force or by spotting inebriated people. Considering someone can be sexually assaulted in their own home without inviting in the assailant, I hardly think it's fair to blame the victim for being under the influence.
