Re: Rehtaeh Parsons, RIP
I lost a son but not to such a disgusting situation. I know you will eventually find peace as I did after a few years. My heart goes out to you as a fellow mourner of an unbelievably unfair turn of time~ A child not outliving the parent. I wish you peace, kindness and forgiveness as that would be what our children would expect from us.

Re: Rehtaeh Parsons, RIP
I am sorry for your loss I lost all three of my younger brothers and my father within 5 years. Don't know how my mother deals with it. She talks to their pictures every day. I miss them so much |

Re: Rehtaeh Parsons, RIP
Sadly this happens often. How many suicides of men and women can be attributed to this kind of thing? How many rapists are out there walking amongst us without a care in the world? I am sure I have seen a fair few, you get a feel for the particular expression in a persons eyes if you know what to look for. If she was my sister or daughter I wouldn't be as sane as this man. He has more control than I would have. I'd find these "boys" and make them pay for what they did. A rapist will commit rape in the future or cause other untol suffering. A line has been crossed and anyone who says "wel they're reformed!" doesn't really understand human nature. Crossing the line again is easy once you dont care about it. |
