The Recruitment for ISIS is Getting Results -
I am a member of a couple of private contractor forums, and every day we use to get the usual newb with questions on how too become a contractor, or find work abroad in war torn countries. The forums have sub categories with info about working in "private security" (better know as mercenary) And, Now everyday the forums are banning upwards to 3 new users a day, joining the forums and and asking questions in regards to getting in touch with an actual IS group recruiter. The Admin said in a discussion that every IP except for maybe a few were all unique, most from the U.S and CA region.. The other forum has a large community of french foreign legion wannabes, and they have a network of other wannabes, and have stated that many of the potentially rejected are starting to seek out ISIS as an alternative to their goals. (potentially rejected meaning you have a 1/12 shot of getting into the legion AFTER pre-selection) So yea, there are A LOT of people eager to go to wars for no other reason than to just go... A growing number of Westerners are joining the Islamist militant group—but why? The Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS) is gaining notoriety for its barbaric methods, after videos showing beheadings and mass killings surfaced online. Meanwhile, the group has been attracting an increasing number of foreign fighters coming from the West, analysts say. But why are so many foreigners joining ISIS’ fighting ranks? Among a range of explanations, one of them is that, compared to other jihadist groups like al-Qaeda, ISIS is extremely welcoming to foreigners, said Joshua Landis, a Syria specialist at the University of Oklahoma. “The biggest reason for that is that ISIS philosophically has welcomed all Muslims as equals, as it’s building an islamic state which does not have particular Syrian angle,” Landis said. “Also, ISIS’ leadership is made of people with very prominent roles that are foreigners so you’re not going to be discriminated against philosophically if you’re foreign.” Social media also plays a significant role. While in the past jihadist groups operated in secretive online forums, ISIS spreads its message—both in English and Arabic—on Twitter and Facebook, which are inherently open to the public. With its sleekly produced propaganda videos, ISIS reaches young, restless Muslims or other devotees around the world with a cause that they see is worth fight for, experts say. “For many people who are lacking a strong sense of identity and purpose, their violent radical global narrative provides easy answers and solutions: it can be very powerful message for people who are looking for answers,” said Dr. Matthew Levitt, the director of Director of Counterterrorism and Intelligence at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. “Their online material shows capturing territory, establishing states, beheading enemies: they show that they are the sexiest jihadi group on the block.” The State Department estimates that about 12,000 foreigners have traveled to Syria from at least 50 different countries to fight with a number of different groups, including ISIS. Marie Harf, a deputy spokeswoman for the State Department, told CNN that officials estimate the number of Americans fighting with Syrian-based groups ranges from several dozen to 100. They don't just accept anyone and be done with it. They make sure these newbies kill others in their name. Those which don't are killed off pretty quickly. Same for the whores who go over there. They turn them into baby factories and propaganda pieces. Frogetting that these whores are damaged goods and they took upwards of 100 cocks in their time before ahmed and snackbar got their dicks wet. ISIS can have these people. It allows us to kill them without the use of human rights courts. |

I agree. Let them join and go over there. It's a death sentence anyway. And when they leave put them on the no fly list, and on the enemy of the state list.

Re: The Recruitment for ISIS is Getting Results -
Both social sites are doing whatever they can to delete any propaganda or recruiting. The bigger issue with ISIS and their lax recruiting requirements is some of the western influences that will eventually hit the ranks. They already welcome non born muslims, and mentions of non muslims all together are being welcome. Considering the amount of people becoming agnostic all together, helps them adapt well in a movement irrelevant to themselves and beliefs. With westerners in the ranks, administration is formed, and tactical professional recruiting will be born in the group. They are already growing wealthy, and eventually could fund a full scale army of worlds social rejects from economically struggling communities. Offering a substantial pay, that could go to your family if you died in combat is a godsend for many people in this world. As of right now the whole movement is all about religion, and anti western agendas. But if they got powerful enough, that focus could change to bigger goals. We should be nipping it in the bud. |
