Monday of this week (8/13/18) preganat mother Shannan Watts and her two young daughters Celeste, 3, and Bella, 4, were reported missing from their Colorado home after Shannan returned home from a work trip and failed to show up for a get togather with a close friends.

When authorities arrived to check on the family they found that Shennan had left all personal belongings such as her phone and purse behind.

In the time since they were reported missing authorities had launched and extensive search for the mother, who was 15 weeks pregnant, and her two girl as their father (Shennans husband) worked with police and the media begging for thier safe return telling authorities “It’s not something I could ever, ever fathom would happen in my lifetime, and I have no inclination of where she is," he said at the time.

"She said she was going to a friend's house with the kids and that’s the last thing I heard, and that was it. It was very vague."
When speaking with the media he was asked if he thought his wife just took off, to which he responded responded: “Right now I don’t want to just throw anything out there.

I hope that she’s somewhere safe right now and with the kids. Watts added that he'd been awake all night unable to sleep due to wondering about the safety and whereabouts of his "missing" family. Finally he looked directly into the camera and spoke these words to his wife and girls “Shannan, Bella, Celeste, if you’re out there just come back.

If somebody has her, just bring her back. I just need to see everybody. I need to see everybody again. This house is not complete without anybody here. Please bring her back."

In an ugly but not so unexpected twist I woke this morning to the news that the childrens father Chris Watts has confessed to killing his beautiful young girls and expectant wife.

We're being told that Police belive they know where the bodies are located and will be working to recover them. Chris Watts is said to have lead investigator the the location in which he buried his family.

No information regarding the manner in which they were killed has been made clear. Town officials will be providing and update today at 10:30am. Neighbors have since put a cross in the front yard of the Watts family home in remembrance of Shennan, Celeste, and Bella.

UPDATE- The Colorado Bureau of Investigation said authorities found the body of 34-year-old Shanann Watts three days after she was reported missing. Her body was found on the property owned by Anadarko Petroleum, where her husband worked. Tbey also believe they know where the bodies of both young girls are located and are working to recover them as well.

Update - High ranking officials have released information to certain news outlets stating that the bodies of 4 yesr Idk Bella and three year old Celeste were placed into oil and gas tanks that were mostly full.

The reason Chris Watts placed the bodies of his two young daughters into the tanks was to cover the smell of decomp. From what we already know he buried the body of his pregnant wife. No word yet on cause of death.

UPDATE - Bodies have been officially identified as belonging to Shennan Watts and her two young daughters.

UPDATE - New paperwork filed by defense attorney suggests all three victims may have been strangled but no official cause of death has been released.
The paperwork requests that DNA samples be taken from both the throats and fingernails of Shannan, Celeste, and Bella.

This case is all over the news. Even CNN is covering it like crazy.

Deranged bastard was trying to emulate Scott Peterson, and succeeded. But at least Peterson had a rock-solid alibi at first (or so it seemed), he was "out fishing". As someone else said, Mr Watts is just like Peterson but "less charismatic". A little bit of charisma can take you a long way, and might just help you get away with murder if you're lucky.

Watched a video of one of the girls singing how her daddy is her hero and she loves her daddy and how daddy loves her.

I wonder if those girls screamed 'daddy' as he killed them. I hope their voices haunt him for the rest of his pathetic life.
