Re: ‘Officer of the Month’ Raped Girl At Gunpoint
No. The 'whole point' is that you were already prejudiced and spring loaded to jump to a conclusion because of your cop hating bias. The fact is, nobody outside the investigators, knows any yet. It's just accusation and speculation. Nothing else. |

I'm the original poster and I can assure you all I did was copy and paste the article. Accusing me as a "cop hater" is completely inaccurate and irresponsible of you. Most cops are good, honest people with strong moral principles, however there will always be a few members that should not be in any position of power. |

You are entitled to your informed opinion regardless of how ignorant you are, but again, you're accusing me of something I am not. The funny thing is you're getting personal with me even though you don't know who I am. How dare you, you silly bitch. |

Re: ‘Officer of the Month’ Raped Girl At Gunpoint
He wasn't immediately locked up, there were some investigations that followed the complaint. He willingly turned himself in weeks later when they found "probable cause" to lock him up. Thing is, ANYONE can file a complaint, with enough probable cause, the arrest can, and in most cases will happen. Being arrested, or even having probable cause isn't an instant indication of guilt. In this case. The girl filed the complaint, they investigated it, and have probable cause that places him at the time of her complaint. So in short, she cried rape, his condom, DNA, and witness accounts place him at the time and place her complaint describes. By the duty of law, they have too comply with the procedures of a citizens complaint accordingly. Does this mean he actually raped her at gun point? No- Could he have? Absolutely- If you came over to visit me, and we sat around, watched the game, had some beers, then left. I could call the law and file a complaint that you were here and harassed me. If they found ANY evidence of you being here, maybe a neighboring witness, a shoe print, whatever. They would follow through with an arrest to support the complaint. |
