Yeah, what a threat. But I think US didn't respond the way NK wants. Here we see real mature restraint from US and the world unlike the childlike language of The Great Fat Leader. He does not have any nukes, the NK army is of 70's standard and poorly maintained. If NK would invade the South maybe we could see some initial progress but then they would just falter and fall apart. |

Its all for aid really but NK would attack soft targets nearby, which will cause trouble.

North Korea has nukes, they've tested them successfully more than once...... They're not anywhere near the USA, but at the same time they're no joke either.

Its funny to us, but to them they don't have any access to any other information..... They eat it all up. I saw an interview with man who had been in a prison camp there since birth. He had no concept of anything other than what was drilled into his head, he even ratted out his own parents resulting in their death when they planned to escape. Its a scary fucking place, full of fucked up scary people..... probably one case where a great big pre-emptive mushroom cloud might be the best solution. |

Well, regardless of whether anybody thinks the guy is sabre rattling or not, I think it is better to take him seriously and be on guard than to be caught unaware. To me that is just some seriously scary stuff@
