A nudist runner has won the right to go jogging while naked in the woods after a New Zealand court upheld his second appeal.

Andrew Lyall Pointon was arrested in August 2011 when a woman reported him to authorities after spotting him running naked, while wearing a pair of trainers.
The 47-year-old was detained three days later when he emerged from one of his naked runs near Tauranga.
The woman was apparently so shaken by the event she promised never to return to the Oropi Bike Park.
But her disgust did not prevent Justice Paul Heath from upholding Mr Pointon's appeal against his conviction for offensive behaviour at Tauranga High Court.
'If it was [offensive] then God wouldn't have given us genitals,' the jogger told the Dominion Post.
'It is a win for all libertarians and a setback for all conservatives in the country.'
But not everyone was pleased with the ruling, with political group Family First stating their disappointment at the outcome.
'Is it OK for someone to streak through his courtroom? He'd be the first one to put them in the cells,' the group's spokesman Bob McCoskrie said in reference to Justice Heath.

who cares if an underage person sees him? he's just exercising...he's not doing anything sexual....it's just against social norms, is all. nothing morally wrong with being nude.
