I don't see your point about freedom of speech. Her articles were published, her voice was heard on the trial and she was judged accordingly to the german laws. End of story. It's the same as somebody walking down the street, provoke random guy with some slurs. You can do it but you will get punched in the face. |

there is a difference between "voicing an opinion" and "spreading lies through media and presenting it as fact". i wouldn't go so far as to say she "deserves the death penalty", but misinformation appears to doing serious damage to modern society. if average people today have no education or critical thinking skills and will believe anything they are told, then something needs to be done about it. |

It's the same as germans writing "polish death camps" in their news... Poland have laws which can put you in jail for this disinformation for couple years. It's not challenging it's just lying.

People "lie" all the time, and it has no effect on society as a whole- Why this? Examples- 9/11 was an inside job- Vatican rules the world- Lizard people - Illuminati - Freemasons- JFK- etc etc etc etc- How would old granny here, denying an event in history, that is provable without a reasonable doubt, a danger to society? Enough that she should be imprisoned for YEARS-? |
