I was on vacation when all this happened, but I called a buddy that works for Kansas City MO PD right after I saw what was happening. This Officer said that Michael Brown was a known and documented Bloods criminal street gang associate and was well known as such by local law enforcement. I also found out that he had a fairly serious juvenile criminal history that included one very serious arrest. That must have been the Attempted Murder arrest.

I feel just awful in pointing out poor Michael Brown's past criminality and criminal associations...of course they have absolutely no baring on this case whatsoever. I have no excuse for my blatant racist actions in suggesting that young Mr. Brown was anything other than an innocent, random, racially targeted African American. Yup, the level of Black superhero has declined significantly over the past fifty years or so. First it was real heroes like Fredrick Douglas, Bass Reeves, Bessie Coleman, Satchel Paige, Doris Miller, Ben O. Davis Jr., Joe Luis, Thurgood Marshall, Harriet Tubman, Elijah McCoy, and Jackie Robinson just to name a few.
