It is unbelievable. If you are a firearms or shotgun certificate holder and have any mental health aberration of any kind, the procedure is that your weapons are confiscated pending a review. There are dozens of cases of people having their guns held by the police for very minor reasons, and sometimes for no reason. This should not have been able to happen. He shouldn't even been issued a FAC to begin with. The powers that be will looking to ban Section 1 shotguns now (shotguns that hold more than 3 rounds). |
