you should think the government would care more for retired seals or any other military men and women that fought for their country but sadly i read about many cases they're pretty much left alone without help.

In most other countries, their servicemen are forced responsible money management with their earnings. In the U.S they do not. So a lot of people that served blew through benefits at the beginning of their enlistment. Benefits that has done people well in the past that practiced better management.

He wouldn't probably be doing this if Obama didn't open the door. The administration are the ones who released all the details of the mission, he's only saying he was the guy who pulled the trigger. It's not like he's outing the operation, that was already done. Nobody should have known who or how the mission was carried out. But we all do, and that's not this guy's fault, he didn't reveal anything about the mission that wasn't already released. Besides saying he was there.

Whatever information that is or is not released and when/if ever - accurate or inaccurate - is completely and totally within the purview of the superiors of the operators. It is never the call of the operators themselves. It has always been this way and there is no one that isn't crystal clear about this. I hope it comes back to haunt him endlessly. |

Like I said I'm not aware of him releasing any information. The administration did. And why the animosity towards him? We know everything about that mission not because of him. Look at all the movies and books being done profiting from this mans life. Do you feel the same about Marcus Luttrell? What about Chris Kyle? |
