Interesting. I hope the people responsible are caught soon. Nearly thirty years ago a bunch of very skilled criminals robbed a Los Angeles bank of thousands in cash via an underground tunnel right into the bank vault.  '87 LA Times Article As far as I'm aware, to this day the thieves haven't been captured. Police interviewed for an Unsolved Mysteries segment I've seen (since yanked by YouTube) have said someone with an engineering degree designed the tunnel as it was a very well constructed, professional job. |

I cant lie, I hope we never hear from them again. The media are trying to draw people to the fact that, yes in some cases people have no insurance and they had 100k worth of diamonds as their retirement plan. However that narrative has failed to penetrate. Every single person I have spoken to (and I do mean 100%) has said things like "good" and "fair play to them". |

Pros for sure, I'm betting Eastern European criminals or Islamic radicals, both needing cash. Most successful criminals have military training of some sort. Other governments ( Mossad ) don't need to steal money, they just produce counterfeit currency of the country of their choice. |
