It's actually not that hard to hide for a couple of days in a big city.

We aren't microchipped, so it's not like they can just turn on some GPS tracking device located within that microchip.

Plus, most people think, what are the chances that I'd actually come across said criminal? Then think about the fact that most people have changed their look from their DL or ID.

Police, SOF, CIA, FBI, and so on are not superhuman. They can't just pull shit out of their asses and know exactly where the criminal is.

This is real life, not a movie.
