When it comes to something like this, I think the law should be absolute-all remaining children removed immediately and BOTH parents irrevocably sterilized and then sent to prison for homicide. We as a country MUST stop caring about criminals "rights" and start doing what we need to do. Our legal system worries more about the rights of the convicted than they do about the rights of the innocent dead. Our legal system is terribly flawed and will continue to be so until politicians grow balls big enough to tell the bleeding hearts to shut the fuck up and go worry about their own lives while what needs to be done is done. Period.  |
