Saw on Nip Tuck one time they had an obese person about to be executed and they needed to remove about 80 lbs of fat from him before they could do it. Was pretty weird and gross, of course fictional, but I'm thinking they -could- (not that they should) do the same for him. Then again, too much money was spent keeping him alive this far, let him take the needle. |

Hold a trash bag over his head while he's whining! Get a few guys to hold him down and it's over in a matter of minutes. Probably no pain! If it take too long, a karate chop to the hyoid should do it. |
