Re: KILER PUT DOWN WITH DRUGS USED TO PUT DOWN PETS
amazing how that works isnt it? it isnt moral or ethical to make a claim that you can absolve somebody of sins committed against another human being. the only person who has the right to forgive is the person aggrieved... NOT a man made invisible deity, or his supposed son. reason #145... vicarious redemption. if you kill somebody... ANYBODY. I cannot, with a clean conscience, forgive you. it doesnt matter what "right" i have to claim. im not trying to get into a big thing here, just sayin'. |

Re: KILER PUT DOWN WITH DRUGS USED TO PUT DOWN PETS
I have always liked you, and I am happy for you....REALLY.....but what AI am talking about is what the Bible REALLY states....without the bleeding heart translations....God DOES love us, but we have responsibilities also, and for people that BLATANTLY go against the word, things happen...(killers, rapists....etc)

Re: KILER PUT DOWN WITH DRUGS USED TO PUT DOWN PETS
i believe in forgiveness. its only fair. but i believe it MUST come from those affected. a mother. or son. or even close friends. repenting when you know youre about to die is such a cop-out, whether it is legitimate or not. of course its no secret that i dont believe in god. but IF.... and thats a huge "if", god did exist and i believed in him, i still wouldnt agree that he has the right to accept a rapist/murderer into paradise and "forgive" them while a grieving child or parent isnt quite ready to forgive. the most heinous of criminals would ultimately get the last laugh. they dont deserve a peace of mind before they take their last breath.... because they most likely didnt offer their victims that opportunity. another contradiction found in dogma. seriously, picture it. john wayne gacy genuinely seeks forgiveness through the theatrical and sanctimonious ritual of repentance before he is executed. if you honestly believe in redemption, you would have to believe that you will one day see him walking blissfully next to your dead grandmother and holding little children in heaven. that thought sickens me. |

ME TOO. but I know that we PAY for what we do....and that even at the end, there is accountability...it is (in the texts) a day of reckoning.....People just read it as...poof, you are free of whatever you do..... Thjose people do not have a good comprehension of the texts. Its not all flowers butterflies unicorns and shit. |
