It is very lame on the guys part to put this up, completely tasteless, especially if there's a chance that it was a miscarriage.

The only part of this that I can stand up for is that the fact that it is a 1st amendment issue.. he knows who he is talking about, so does she, and everyone involved.

But if you were to take anyone here, show them the sign, and then ask them to pick out the woman he was referring to, there's nothing anyone could do to identify her. On that grounds alone I'd shake my head at it being a personal attack.
