It makes you wonder. The timing of this shooting was perfect for the UN Small Arms treaty discussions going on now that attempts to globally ban guns from civilians so only criminals and governments (is that redundant?) have the ability to defend themselves and kill you. Read a little about MK Ultra. He rigged his apartment to kill investigating police officers... My money says police haven't let him sleep for a single minute since his killing spree.
