All I can say is, in Australia, we're watching this go down and the way the administration is gaslighting you is absolutely insane. You've basically got armed gestapo walking around your cities with absolute impunity and no LEO training, inflaming situations at the drop of a hat rather than employing basic de-escalation techniques. Hell, pulling out a gun to shoot at a civilian as a hair-trigger response? That would be absolutely unthinkable in any other country.

I asked a question ; are police in the USA allowed to shoot someone who flees from them? I don't think that was insanely stupid shit, but a normal question, because in a particular country where I used to live, the police are allowed to do that. I didn't think just asking that would trigger someone into a meltdown. Guess I thought wrong  |

The officer has probable cause to believe the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others. This can include situations where the suspect is armed and dangerous, or there is probable cause to believe they have committed a violent crime involving the infliction (or threatened infliction) of serious harm, and deadly force is necessary to prevent escape (with a warning given if feasible). |

It was caught on officer's phone supposedly, posted on CNN, they doctored it, and released it (phony Representation, that's the only reason they released it, they are cold blooded murderers, ICE bastards, if they're so proud of themselves, why do they wear masks???????????  |
