Depends. I imagine as a principal she has some sort of decent above average health care. Also, the care under decent health care is quite doable in the states. When my dad was sick he racked up about 20,000 in responsible charges. That was about 4 months of chemo, hospital (one of the best cancer clinics ) stay and hospice end of life care. Good on those kids though. I'm sure just the gesture brighten her days exponentially good on them
