So...what are you doing there? You can get just as good - or better - workout at home. Just for example, you can get in phenomenal shape using Body Weight only if that's your thing. And for FREE. There are a lot of ways to go. I will never go to a gym. Most are completely unnecessary and a waste of money. For the most part, GYMS ARE THE GAY BATH HOUSES OF 'FITNESS'. I usually can hardly squat to pee after some workouts which generally last 30 to 38 minutes. All in the comfort of your home minus pervy transgender fakes and risk of foot fungus. |

The solution to all this is individual bathrooms with a complete enclosure. Then they could be gender neutral. That's ideal anyway. I don't believe anyone should be in the same room with half open stalls. The bathroom should be a private thing. In the mean time, wow it's crazy how subverted the U.S. has become in 10 years. I am understanding of people who think nature or their mothers womb environment messed them up but this is taking it to far with the bathroom stuff. |

I am all for transgender rights, but by allowing this, rape may become an issue as this case might prove. I agree that after operations or a simple transgender bathroom meant for all transgender people pre op, would suffice. IMOOOOOOO

I don't think rapists are just waiting for permission to enter the bathroom. I don't think there are any easy answers here. The gym probably jumped to the defense of their liberal policy too fast to really look into what happened. If it was an actual transgender woman, then I have no problem with her being in the ladies room. She isn't there to leer. If the person did go in there to leer or flirt or something like that, it was inappropriate and the woman who complained shouldn't be banned. Maybe the gym will change their mind. Especially now that they are being sued. |
