i simply listed a few non "pit type" dogs that are capable of bringing down a horse plus mentioned any larger hunting dog could also do it. to many hunting dog breeds to list.

You can train any dog to do any job you want it to do, to be honest. Just because it's not in their breed standard doesn't mean it isn't trainable. Some breeds have higher prey instinct than others which make them easier to train to become hunters. Back in the farm land where I used to live my "neighbours" taught their GSD to hunt down cayotes outside their property. Any dog can do damage to a limb, pit bulls go for the neck, not limbs.

as i said i know more about any animal especially dogs than you ever will. i stated dogs that could kill a horse and mentioned any breed of hunting dogs bc thats what the horse owner thinks took her horse down.
