Death penalty is a funny thing. How can you call that a punishment when everyone will die anyways. Moreover, with that gimmick humane lethal injectiion, a convict can die peacefully knowing his death will be painless unlike his audience's eventuality of gruesome, painful death.

They will fight anything their lawyer will tell them they should, not out for fear but because the system says they can try to get away with it. ..more irony in the pen. Humane punishment is really an oxymoron, don't you think? Iran's way might be too barbaric but at least it makes sense.  |

it is not their method i have a problem with, although i do not believe in a public hanging because children should not be allowed to see these things. it is because they have no due process. they use sharia law.
