I think the real danger will be when this war is over, and they turn their attention to Kiev........ The extreme right has become amalgamated in Ukraine, and politically powerful and savvy......... This would be my thought process of how the war would end, if they prove victorious. Not only will it be a rallying cry for these "heros" of the ukraine that will no doubt spin fantasy over reality turning themselves out to be the ones who drove out the russians, they also have the giant influx of xenophobia, anti immigration and all the other rising trends in europe right now to rally a nationalist party behind, plenty of scapegoats around also.

This will never end. Its too complicated now; too many factions fighting each other. They dont even know who they are fighting, where the boundaries are. Absolute chaos. Its the Middle East. But in Europe.
We need the USA to go in and sort it out. They really are the only nation capable of doing anything at all, unfortunately.

I was saying "USA should go in" in a sort of tongue in cheek wayBut seriously, who the fuck can sort this out? As I said theres just too many factions involved, brother against brother, pure chaos. I doubt either side knows who its fighting anymore. Someone will have to take the reigns; who would you suggest? As I said, its like the Middle East madness, but right here in Europe.

The USA has always tried to keep civilian casualties as low as possible, someone on here called it handling with "kid gloves". However a REAL war, as in a war with Russia, all bets are off, kid gloves are off. Know what I mean?

Has anyone on here actually read Brzezinski's book The Grand Chessboard? Its available in full in PDF format. I have and its a very interesting read indeed, I would recommend anyone to have a look at it. Heres a copy of it: take some time out and read it, especially the chapter entitled "The Black hole", then you will see Russias real intentions for Crimea and Ukraine.

Its not nearly as chaotic as you are making it seem, its a rather straight forward conflict, two sides, pro russian and pro ukraine.

It is nothing like the middle east.
