Brown's Chicken Murders
I hope this is the right place to post but I saw someone else do it and he got what he was looking for, so with some luck, I will too. I'm looking for pictures of the Brown's Chicken Murder crime scene photos. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brown%27s_Chicken_massacre Thanks in advance and yes, I've done some searching myself. Images below show Browns Chicken and Pasta restaurant where the murders took place and the two men arrested, Juan A. Luna Jr. and James Degorski. |

Re: Brown's Chicken Murders
Sorry, no pics, but I knew a police detective who worked on the case who said IIRC an ex-girlfriend turned in the killer(s) for a reward of about $10,000 US dollars. I think mexican(s) were the perps IIRC as were some or all of the victims. It was a big deal at the time and the authorities were pulling in investigators from multiple police departments to try to solve the crime.

Re: Brown's Chicken Murders
The massacre occurred on January 8, 1993, when two assailants robbed the Brown's Chicken restaurant and then proceeded to murder seven employees. The case remained unsolved for nearly nine years, until one of the assailants was implicated by his girlfriend in 2002. Police used DNA samples from the murder scene to match one of the suspects, Juan Luna. Luna was put on trial in 2007, found guilty for seven counts of murder, and sentenced to life imprisonment. James Degorski, the other assailant, was found guilty in 2009 on all seven counts of murder, and also sentenced to life imprisonment |
