Our news hasn't even reported they found the plane. All we got was the news of the two stolen passports and that terrorism was suspected.

I'm afraid of heights and I fly, but, have never gone out of the US.

My first time was on a private plane with the firm for which I used to work.

I was holding a jacket in my lap. My boss was asking the pilot if the wheels were supposed to be down and if the wing was supposed to be hanging off.

It was only an 18 minute flight as opposed to a 3 1/2 hour drive. I road with the pilot on the way back

I watch Air Disaster/MayDay etc. Came across someone commented on this flight on one of the episodes....very sad. Scary and so devastating.

Mom's flight is in a new version of the jet that crashed, plus the whole trip is over the Pacific. The Malaysia Airlines crash has made me worry far more than normal, and I worry enough for all of Canada. And as we all know, my nation is one big #f&!-ing country. My dad travels a lot by plane for work. It makes me anxious sometimes. I'm sure your mom will be ok. Not to minimize what happened with this plane, but the odds are in her favor.

It's so sad to think of so many people going so fast, all at once.

Four Terror Suspects On Board MH370

Authorities are investigating the reported presence of at least four terror suspects aboard the missing Malaysia Airlines MH370 flight as US intelligence agencies, including the FBI, are set to join the probe over the Boeing 777's mysterious disappearance.

Alongside the four suspects, the Malaysian authorities are scanning the entire passenger manifest in detail as the plane or its wreckage remains untraced.

"We are investigating the entire manifest, not just the four passengers. The disappearance of MH370 is not something which can be taken lightly and we cannot discount any possibilities. The intelligence agencies of relevant countries have been informed and we will be sharing information as investigations unfold," Malaysia's acting transport minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein told reporters at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

"Following discussions, intelligence agencies of various countries have agreed to work together to check the passenger manifest and the stolen passports. How the four individuals managed to board MH370 with stolen passports is being discussed. However, this is an international network and we cannot completely blame the Immigration Department."

It was earlier reported that two passengers boarded the flight with stolen passports fuelling the current speculation over a terrorism angle to the plane's disappearance.

When asked whether it was a security lapse, the transport minister stopped short of admitting it and insisted it needs to be ascertained. He said it is still uncertain whether the aircraft, with 239 people aboard, was brought down in the South China Sea by an attack.

The search for the vanished aircraft continues as ships and jets are being scrambled from across the southeast nations including Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore. Though two possible oil slicks have been spotted in the South China Sea by Vietnamese forces, there has been no evidence so far to link them with the aircraft's disappearance.

The Kuala Lumpur-Beijing flight has been missing for more than 24 hours now. There were 227 passengers of 14 different nationalities, the majority of them Chinese.

So, TWO with stolen passports and FOUR terror suspects aboard the flight, and they've found it out only AFTER the plane went missing? Perhaps they aren't taking lightly the disappearance of MH370, but apparently they take Terrorism in general VEEERY lightly, there were people from 14 different nationalities onboard, ffs!

The more info that comes out the more it sounds like it might have been terrorists. But what would be their purpose? Just destruction? Or did they not accomplish their goal?
