What she did was ethically and morally irresponsible. There's something not properly connected in her head that should probably be dealt with, for her own good and for that of society. But the notion that she could be charged criminally for this is absurd. She didn't make him suicidal and she didn't make him kill himself. How is this being charged under the same charge as a drunk who goes out and runs over a family while driving under the influence? It's a fucked up application of law when you can be charged criminally just for making suggestions or statements. May as well start convicting people of thoughtcrime. |
