Re: Boy, 15, Becomes Youngest to Escape Murder Charge After Stabbing Bully 12 Times
I think it was the right decision - both in passing the law and the way it was used in this case. This kid did what he could to avoid a confrontation and the bully basically stalked him down to force him to fight. I think the parents of the bully should accept that their son terrorized this kid and the law simply protects victims from not being able to protect themselves.

THANK YOU JUDGE!!!! Finally someone who understands the people and are sick of the violence, the bullying, etc. The kid should get a damn medal. I feel for the bully's family but enough is enough. The kid got pushed too far and decided to fight back. |

Wtf is your problem? I have been bullied, but I would never go so far to "kill" a bully unless he is trying to kill me. It simply does not justify it. However, severely beating him up and leaving him alive is perfectly fine. |

Good! but kinda bad for the victim cause he had a hard shit to flush. I was bullied for a semester till the growth spurt during summer, Then I got him in gym next grade. Ok I'm sorry he kept saying, I didn't push it too much but know he knew how it felt to be hit.
