Who says random dudes? It's talking about unprotected sex not sleeping around. Most unprotected sex is between long term relationships or marriages.
I assumed most women don't use condoms when in long term relationships. I know i don't, it ruins the whole intimacy and i prefer to use the contraceptive pill. I don't know anyone who uses condoms while in a long term relationship, only those who rarely have sex or don't like taking a pill form of contraception.
Also nothing wrong with enjoying your partners spunk if it's something you mutually enjoy as part of your sex life.
