I work for the industry, the very main reason they change their names is not only to create a persona, but to create a safe distance from their more enthusiastic fans. What this page is doing is creating some dangerous issues for performers. You can slam the industry all you like, to each their own, it doesn't change the fact that this could create personal issues for the performers that could endanger their personal safety. |

Not to mention, after looking at this site, they are actually posting the names of the peoples parents, grandparents, siblings and such. That is beyond stupid and a total invasion of privacy and ALSO the reason why they change their names to begin with, not to avoid being "found out" but to avoid their family any harm. So they fuck and get paid for it. Big damn deal. At least they do it as a profession where they get continually tested and that they let be known public as opposed to a whore in the backseat of a car spreading disease. |
