Re: 4 Year Old's Playhouse, "Too Pink For Neighborhood"
And how 'bout that patriotic spirit on the house, too! I love it!! Let baby girl have her pink playhouse for crying out loud, 5 years she'll be into something else then it can be gunmetal gray! Children grow up so fast.

Re: 4 Year Old's Playhouse, "Too Pink For Neighborhood"
When you purchase a home in a development governed by an HOA, the purchase is subject to the buyer's receipt, review and acceptance of the rules of the development. If you dont like the rules, then you have the opportunity not to move there. some people like having such rules and regulations to protect their investments. each to their own but if you buy in to it, unfortunately you have to deal with it. this lawsuit wont get far

Re: 4 Year Old's Playhouse, "Too Pink For Neighborhood"
"wont get far".. as in they wont win the lawsuit or it wont last long because they will win it?.. sorry that just confused me. the term "wont get far" usually means you wont win it, its pointless, a waste of time because the other person is in the right. and that's the lesson for today class. I'll take your essays on the way out! |

Re: 4 Year Old's Playhouse, "Too Pink For Neighborhood"
That's how it is when you live in the areas ruled by the Home Owners association. You have to do everything by the book, very rarely do people win lawsuits filed in complaint of said rules.
