I just don't get this morbid obesity thing (though I'm considered morbidly obese at 80 pounds overweight). I hate how I feel at 211 pounds and am trying to do everything to lose weight. If I pushed 300 pounds or more, I'd probably be suicidal because I just wouldn't be comfortable with all that extra weight. Even now I hate the fact that my knees hurt and my hip hurts where it was fractured. I hate that I'm always sweaty and hot because of the extra weight.

Now, I eat a lot. Like 12 "meals" a day when I'm actually eating (I stop eating if it gets to be over 85 degrees because there's no A/C in this house and it just gets too hot to eat). My meals are really snacks that would probably fit onto a child's tea set plate if you squished it all down (per meal). I eat often but not full meals. I can't even finish a 10 piece chicken nugget from McDs anymore. That's not even including the fries.

I just don't get it. How can people eat 12 tacos or five plates piled high at an all-you-can-eat?

Exercise/high metabolism, drink lots of water, you could have some water weight.

What I can never understand is why the families keep on feeding them. Every show I have ever seen on TV about one of these land whales they cannot even walk, and have some idiot bringing them pizza's and all kinds of other greasy shit.

I have to agree. I understand people have disorders and medical issues. My mother has a thyroid condition and if it weren't for that she'd be rail thin with her good diet and exercise.

However, this is beyond a thyroid issue, clearly. And the fact that tax payers have to pay to take care of people who simply eat themselves to death sickens me.
