I actually read the original story to this and they guy got out of his vehicle after the drunk ass threw his board at his expensive ride. He was pissed and wanted him to pay for damage (he was also drunk). A fight initiated and the victim was smashed in the head several times with the trucks of his board. The victim did, in fact, die from his injuries at the hospital. Similar story posted, but not the exact account of what is shown. I first saw this on youtube the day it was posted. The article was attached and it was shortly removed from youtube after they learned it resulted in his death. I can't locate the original article, though...sorry!
