Brazil, The Civil Police investigates a personal trainer beating a homeless person caught having sex with his wife. The suspect was identified as 31-year-old E. A.

The crime allegedly took place after a misunderstanding. In a statement to the police, the personal trainer said that his mother-in-law and his wife left the house to help a man who was on the street. However, the two would have separated and, as the wife did not return home and did not answer her cell phone, the trainer was worried about her safety.

The trainer went to the Elementary Education Center looking for his wife. At the scene, he found the car his wife was in. As he approached the vehicle, he caught his wife and a man having sexual intercourse inside the vehicle.

The personal trainer slaps the front window and hood, opens the door, and punches the man. Then he pulls him out of the car, throws the victim on the sidewalk and kicks him several times. Other people approach.

According to the Civil Police, the personal trainer claimed that he thought it was rape against his wife. However, the woman herself reported, during testimony, that the relations were consented.

The wife of the personal trainer who assaulted former homeless man Givaldo Souza, 48, has already been released from the HUB (Hospital Universitário de Brasília). The 33-year-old woman will complete treatment at home, but will continue to have periodic consultations with psychologists and psychiatrists.

According to the lawyer representing the couple, Auricélia Vieira, the woman is in the phase of mitigating the effects of the psychotic break. "She is fine. She is adapting to medication. She feels the side effects but responds well to treatment,” she said.

Also according to the defense, she is under the care of her husband, personal Eduardo Alves, 31, and the rest of the family. “The couple has not yet returned to normal life. This is not yet possible because of the repercussion of the case. Eduardo is unemployed, without contracts, only with Instagram activated to be able to sell online service. The psychiatric report points to the “diagnostic hypothesis of bipolar affective disorder in manic psychotic phase”.

According to the text, the woman was taken to the emergency room of the Planaltina Regional Hospital on March 10 “due to the described changes in behavior and for having been involved in sexual intercourse with a person on the street motivated by the delusional condition”.

For me, it depends on if the guy knew she was in a relationship. My now-ex fucked a bartender who I always considered a decent acquaintance. It took me a while to figure out why he always gave me free drinks and tended to ignore her in a subtle way.. He was one of those guys who would not bang chicks who weren't single. Yes it was totally my ex's fault and she deserves a severe beating. Had he known, I would have been angry with him. Mostly, I am angry with myself for falling victim to a cheating cunt.
