My ex did everything and said everything she could to provoke me into something like this. I finally would just park the car and walk down the road and sit down until I felt enough time had passed that she would give up and leave me alone. Then when I returned I would just not say a word. Usually about half an hour would pass before she would start up the putdowns again. When she finally bought her own car I never gave her a ride again. We seperated a month later for good.

Dude needs to learn the method of the "high protein shake" See if he drinks them regularly, he will like me, be able to summon farts that can only be described as coming from the depths of hell. Simple solution really and one that involves her getting outta your car when asked and not having to look like a total pleb stomping her into your car and at the same time telling her to get out.

I had an ex that did the same thing. It was easy to deal with. I drove her to a small country road then proceeded to drive like a fucking a loon. I handbraked my car doing about 70. When we came to a stop she got out no questions. A few weeks later she started again, this time I just stopped the car on a roundabout and told her to get out, she did by the way, no fucking questions, no backchat.
