the way psychology works is in a croweded situation your less likely to react to a situation like this then if it were just you the guy and that girl. everyone else is looking and waiting for someone to react first. and until someone finally does the crowd wont. there have been women and men who died carelessly in these situations simply because of the inate nature we as humans have to fit in.
