On the scale of being a douchebag driver, the guy in the car was about a 1-2, and the pack of idiots were a 10+.

You're literally making excuses for a person taking up two lanes and you even state he might have been messing with his radio as if that excuses his stupidity. The biker could be doing 200mph but that doesn't make him responsible for the guy taking up two lanes. Something tells me you're that person that doesn't like bikers thus anything they do is automatically wrong.
