Pulitzer Prize Winning Photograph Soiling of Old Glory
I thought this photograph was pretty interesting so did some research on it. The picture was taken by a Boston Herald photographer. The picture shows a white teenager, Joseph Rakes, trying to assault a black lawyer and civil-rights activist, Ted Landsmark with a flagpole bearing the American flag. They actually charged Rakes with assault with a deadly weapon, he served three years in prison. You can read a lot more about what happened via Wikipedia.

If that didn't take place in occupied America, the perp should've been concerned about catching a few high-velocity projectiles, being it was considered AWDW and all. :| Thank Heysoos Creestos for primers, powder and ball. |

Re: Pulitzer Prize Winning Photograph Soiling of Old Glory
If the roles were reversed with the victim white and the attacker black, it wouldn't have won a damn thing and would have been buried. Black on White crime doesn't exist in America according to the media. Racially motivated crimes happen everyday against whites, but it is never reported. |
