Re: Woman Running a Crosswalk Hit by a Delivery Truck
Did she die? Anyone know. Probably at that look. It looks like there was a crosswalk sign where she was standing. As the first car stopped, but the truck didnt. Truck driver wasnt paying attention obviously. Being that high up you could see her. But who knows, it happens so fast. Plus, why do people feel abliged to run across crosswalks all the time? Shit, take your time..as we see why!

Re: Woman Running a Crosswalk Hit by a Delivery Truck
Hard to say, it wasn't a direct hit, but the momentum was substantial. As an EMT, I've seen a lot of people down and I've seen a few survive when nothing in my training or experiences says they should have been alive.

Re: Woman Running a Crosswalk Hit by a Delivery Truck
This is pretty common. Someone in the right lane stops for a pedestrian to cross, it doesn't occur to the guy in left lane why the right lane car is stopped since the right lane car blocks the left lane guy's vision, ...and POOF!
