Re: Tailgater Gets Break Checked, Then Crashes
Passing truck, allowing for car to merge, front car was not sitting in left lane but doing what is expected of a reasonably travelling vehicle on the highway. I would've checked his ass to and also driven away with a smile on my face. 100% completely deserved. Luckily, no one seemed hurt, and hopefully this fuckin complete turd will learn a valuable lesson, and not potentially cause a more fatal accident in the future. Doesn't matter how late you are, it's never acceptable to drive in a dangerous manner, and those that do, deserve the bullshit they bring down upon themselves. No sympathy for the self-inflicted. |

Re: Tailgater Gets Break Checked, Then Crashes
In France, staying more than 3 kms on the left lane is forbidden. Staying to close on the back of another car is not allowed too, especially in accident case, 100% responsability...Don't know in that country, but here the front car is responsable because technicaly, the one following did not touch it. Anyway right or wrong, driving safe, for your life or the others's should be in everyone's head, unfortunately, a lot of people need a lesson before doing so....Sometimes the first lesson is the last too. More dead people on the road than in shooting fields |

Re: Tailgater Gets Break Checked, Then Crashes
If the slow guy had NOT been in that lane, there would have been NO EVENT. That means that the slow guy is RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCIDENT. It that clear enough for you?

Re: Tailgater Gets Break Checked, Then Crashes
Nope. I disagree with you entirely. That was intimidating driving, and that can never be considered the right thing to do. The car was passing the filming car at the very start of the video, and then further along, another car joined the carriageway, which he was clearly aware of beforehand, preventing him from pulling across. Up ahead was another car, which was going too fast for the driver to pass. He was driving courteously & sensibly, completely aware of everything going on around him, but the cuntwagon in his rear view mirror was obviously an unwelcome distraction. Tailgating like that is just foolish & bullying behaviour, and the guy in front did him a favour by showing him the error of his ways by proving that he wouldn't be able to stop safely if he had to slam his brakes on. He pulled into the correct lane immediately afterwards because the car that joined the carriageway pulled over, leaving enough space to do so, and he was aware that the car up ahead was going too fast & too far ahead to pass. If that was me, I would not feel in the slightest guilty. If I was the tailgater, I'd be feeling really fucking foolish and put it down to a lesson learned. |

Re: Tailgater Gets Break Checked, Then Crashes
So unnecessary. I understand when you're in that left lane, needing to drive a bit slower than 70 mph and you can't get in the middle lane because there are vehicles there. Understandable. It's happened to me before and when I can get into the middle lane, I do. Doesn't happen all the time because I almost always drive in the middle lane on the highways. But this guy in the front just wanted to be an extra fucking asshole. Didn't give a shit if the passengers in the suv were hurt or died.. Geez. |
