Some asshole was riding the ass of the car in front of him, so the guy in front slams on his breaks real quick, causing the tailgater to crash.

the shithole kept on driving in the fast lane and with that slow speed he was not gonna overtake the grey car on the right in front of him. Should have gone to the right to let other cars in the fast lane pass. after the crash he did change lane and didn't stop to provide help so he's the real cunt in this clip. |

Sorry, the guy following too close was in the right on this one. The front car SHOULD NOT have even been in that lane. He should have pulled over to the R/H lane and gotten out of the way. On any multilane road, the LEFT lane is the high speed and passing lane, and the RIGHT is the normal driving lane. Ideally, there shouldn't be ANYONE EVER in the left lane, unless they are passing someone, and when they are done they should get BACK over in the R/H lane. It is too bad the police give speeding tickets and don't enforce any lane discipline. You'll note that after causing the accident in the left lane, the jackass moved over, to the lane he SHOULD have been in all along. (That ALONE tells me he knew what he was doing was wrong) P.S. "I'm already doing the speed limit in the left lane, so there isn't any problem" is pure B.S. Speed limit laws are one law, and passing and lane laws are something else. Do you just obey the laws you like? or do you obey them ALL? |

Hahaha! Absolutely love it. I do that quite a bit when I'm tailgated on the main streets, not expressways. Now look, because his dumbass was in a hurry, he's going nowhere fast. |

It's not a matter of right and wrong; it's a matter of stupidity. True, that slow car had no business being in the fast lane, but does that make it sensible for the other car to drive half an inch behind the slow car? Tailgater brought this upon him/herself.

Not all states have the left lane for passing law on the books and there is always a cock muncher who will get in that left lane and block it by getting beside someone in the right lane and going comatose, hell I have seen cops do that and laugh about it. I have brake checked pricks for tailgating when there was ample opportunities to pass, just being pricks, shit causes a lot of road rage.
