Don't you see it was green light for them when they started crossing and it changed when they were halfway across the road? I dont think that makes him a moron.

Think you mean it was a red light for them when they started crossing then it turned green. And the moron jaywalking part was in the title when translated. I rarely change them so i can find them again if the site server crashes. |

This is neither the pedestrian, nor the driver's fault. The guy crossing did have the right of way, but I don't think the driver could have reasonably been able to see him in time.

Evident pedestrians fault. I do feel very sorry for the guy, but it was his only fault. The green lights starts flashing for pedestrians for one reason only: "Get the fuck off the street cause cars are gonna come!" If you push your luck, you will sometimes loose.  |
